Refunds

Pro / Enterprise are digital seat subscriptions. Access starts on the paying account as soon as payment succeeds. There is no physical shipment and no license file by email.

Cancel

Cancel in the app. Access continues until the end of the paid period; it does not renew.

Refunds

Instant-access digital seats are not sold with an unconditional cooling-off refund. Duplicate charges, access that never activated, or clear billing errors are refunded through Dodo Payments.

How to ask

Use the contact page. Include your account identifier and payment reference. Approved refunds go back through the original channel; timing is up to the issuer or provider. Contact
