By installing or using ArcaneSpace you agree to these terms. If you do not, do not use it.
The client and the relay
The ArcaneSpace client and relay are proprietary software. You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license. You may not redistribute, sublicense, or reverse engineer the client or the relay except where the law forbids that restriction.
The local host
The local host (OpenArcaneSpace) is separate software, distributed under GNU AGPL-3.0. These terms do not make it proprietary, and they do not limit your rights to use, modify, or redistribute the host under that license.
Acceptable use
Use it only lawfully. Do not attack systems, generate illegal content, or break the terms of model providers you connect. You pay for third-party model keys and usage.
Subscriptions
Pro / Enterprise are charged by the payment provider. Access starts when payment succeeds, until the subscription ends or you cancel at period end.

The software is provided as is, without warranty. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost data, lost profits, or damages from use.
