What the product is, and what happens after you pay.

What is ArcaneSpace?

A seat for a one-person company. An Agent Team works on your machine and connects to the tools and workflows you already have. You do not rent a machine room from us.

Can you see my work?

Sessions and source are encrypted in transit, and we cannot open your files. Account, subscription, and optional in-app analytics are separate from session content.

How do I get the product after paying?

Access starts on the paying account when payment succeeds. Open the client with the same account. No attachment, no manual fulfillment.

How do I cancel or get a refund?

Cancel in the app. Access continues until the period ends. See the refund page for the rules. Refunds
